thriving churches & essential policies

Tim Beltz

Summary

This pre-conference will overview the policies every church must have. Using a master list of policies needs, participants will walk through the three categories (governance, operations, ministries) of policies every church needs. The policy needs for churches closely track with the size of the church (using Keller’s church-size categories). This pre-conference will address what happens when a church moves into a new size category (e.g. from a small- to a medium-sized church.)
